The Traveling Drifter here! Time to tell you about me and what I am looking to do with this blog. Do me a favor, jump over, and check out my About Me page to learn a bit about who I am.
From my, About Me page, you have learned that I am looking for a positive outlook in life. I am searching for a larger meaning to being alive in this world, hence what this blog will be about. I am looking to take adventures by tasting local beer, hiking, and cruises.
With the state of the world dealing with COVID-19 right, my first adventures will happen in the United States. Secondly, I will venture out into the wide world. Third, I will give you my authentic views of my travels. Lastly, I hope to make this fun for you and me.
Obviously, I have been to a few places before I really started to take blogging seriously. I promise that my pictures and content will get better over time. Places I have been to:
- The United States – Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
- Honduras
- Mexico
- The Caribbean
- The Bahamas
- Dominican Republic
- Grand Cayman
- Grand Turk
- Europe
- Belgium
- England
- France
- Germany
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands
As you can see, my list is way too short. I need to visit many many more countries, hence this professional blog.
Traveling with friends
I will be doing plenty of adventures by myself but there are going to be a lot with friends and family. Traveling is so much fun when you do it with others. You will be seeing plenty of people in photos with me and later on when I attach my future YouTube channel for these travels.
With friends and family, we will learn and go over the great parts of cities and locations. Hiking is also preferred to be done with someone else, though hiking alone can be very rewarding. Beer, ah so lovable beer is always better when you can share a pint with someone! Together we will chronicle adventures and give recommendations at locations.
Feel free to leave comments or email me directly.
Cheers,
The Traveling Drifter
